The Annual Benefit Enrollment (ABE) period is your annual opportunity to enroll and/or make changes to your current benefits. ABE begins on October 7, 2013 and ends on November 1, 2013. All changes made during ABE take effect on January 1, 2014: https://www.wisconsin.edu/abe/.
